THE VERDICT:

This baby made it to my October Favorites list because it's one of nicest and legit waterproof liquid eyeliners I have ever tried! Wanna know how waterproof this baby is? Well I brought it to one of my workout sessions in Elorde (the ultimate test of waterproof makeups) and surprise, surprise, IT DID NOT BUDGE ON MY SWEATY FACE! I'll muse about this product today! :)

BROWHAUS PRECISION EYELINER IN INTENSE BLACK AND DEEP BROWN IN DETAIL

One of Browhaus' latest additions to their exclusive eye makeup range, the Precision Eyeliner, is a waterproof liquid liner that comes in two essential shades, Black and Brown. Browhaus said that the formula of this eyeliner is non-sting and gentle, therefore safe for sensitive skin. Browhaus said that it's pretty much safe for pregnant women, but they strongly encourage mommy-to-be's to seek the doctor's advise before usage.

More about this fabulous eyeliner after the jump!

I like this eyeliner's minimalistic design: it's no-fuss and very straightforward as the shades of the eyeliners are conveniently printed on the tube-it's really helpful for someone who has tons and tons of pencil makeup in her makeup stash!

The eyeliners come with the classic felt tip applicator-it's very precise, although I've noticed that the tips have gotten flimsy and soft overtime-I've had these for almost two months now and I use them frequently so maybe that contributed to the applicators' current state-Felt tip applicators are really prone to this caveat anyway, but it's still a little bit disappointing to me. Did this caveat affect the entire performance of the products? A little, but I can work my way around it.

BROWHAUS PRECISION EYELINER IN INTENSE BLACK AND DEEP BROWN IN ACTION

Intense Black is a rich, black shade that starts off shiny and settles into a semi-matte finish.

I LOOOOOVE how even the color payoff is plus the semi-matte finish! It really opens up my eyes!

Deep Brown is a coffee brown shade that will look good on fairer skin tones. It also looks nice on warmer skin tones due to its dark brown hue-I use it primarily when I want to soften my entire eye makeup. Regarding the finish, it is the same as Intense Black.

I observed that it's fairly easy to do a cat eye line with the applicators of these liners, plus they always feel wet (but not dripping wet), thus the lining process is undisturbed. As for the quality, you only have to wait for a few seconds for the eyeliner to settle before proceeding with the rest of your eye makeup and true enough, it doesn't sting my eyes. As I mentioned on the top part of this post, it has very good staying power as it can withstand sweat plus humidity and a bit of oil, although if you have very oily lids, you have to set your lids with a mattifying powder to help the eyeliner's staying power-after all, it didn't say it's sebum- proof!

After almost two months, these babies are still alive and kicking (pigmentation and performance are still the same!) except for the applicators that are a lil' worn out already. Nonetheless, it's a tropical weather- friendly eyeliner range and given the quality, I'd say it's pretty worth P750.00!

  2. The price is worth it for the product. It has a very good staying power which is definitely the thing I'm looking for eyeliners. I don't like reapplying eyeliners eh. :) I would like to try the brown one. :)

  3. Rhain: I think the nearest to the south area is their The Fort branch. There's one in Davao though haha! :)

Abegaill: I'm surprised that the brown one looks very nice-haven't had that much luck when it comes to brown liners. :)

  4. It looks so preeetttyyyyy *u*

I kind of put off eyeliner for a while since I started getting irritated eyes all the time, just to be safe. When I tried again recently, it seems I've lost my touch and can't apply eyeliner without messing it up first. This looks like something that would be less difficult to apply and no reapplication needed! Definitely a plus! :)

Thanks for the review, Ms. M :) may I ask where this is in gb5? I'm always in gb but I think I don't notice browhaus hehe
